Building Owner’s Party Wall Surveyor
As your appointed surveyor, we act on your behalf from serving notice upon your neighbour(s), undertaking a schedule of condition of the adjoining owner’s property and draft/agreeing an Award with their appointed surveyor.
With use of our knowledge and skills we will not only ensure the legal process is adhered to but aim to ensure all parties feel comfortable with the entire process and outcome.
Adjoining Owner’s Party Wall Surveyor
As an appointed surveyor, we can liaise with the building owner’s surveyor on your behalf. The Party Wall Group will also assist the building owner’s surveyor in completing the schedule of condition.
We will comment upon and agree a Party Wall Award, providing you with support and assistance throughout.
As an Agreed Party Wall Surveyor
The Party Wall Group can act on behalf of both parties as an agreed surveyor, undertaking all the duties for both parties. We will act reasonably and impartially in accordance with the Party Wall Act to assist in resolving any differences and come to a shared agreement.
