The schedule of condition is a snapshot in time of the Adjoining Owners property and the extent of which will depend on the scope of building works in relation to the act.
The schedule of condition is reviewed after work has been completed, to ensure that no damage has been caused and, if it has, to help reinstate the adjoining owner’s property to its former state or to compensate the adjoining owner accordingly at the Building owners cost.
